User Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

Thank you for using inkbloom App (hereinafter referred to as “this App”). Before using this App, please carefully read and understand this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”). When you click “Agree” and continue to use this App, it means you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement.

2. Service Content

This App provides personalized display services based on phone cases, including but not limited to functions such as content subscription and photo album display. We reserve the right to modify the service content according to actual circumstances, and any modifications will be notified through in-App updates.

3. User Account

  • Users shall ensure that the personal information they register in this App is true, accurate, and complete.
  • Users are responsible for properly keeping their account information and password. Any losses caused by the leakage of account information shall be borne by the user themselves.

4. User Code of Conduct

  • When using this App, users shall comply with relevant laws and regulations and shall not engage in any illegal or improper acts.
  • Users shall not post malicious, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, or other such content through this App. Violators will have their usage rights suspended or terminated at our discretion.

5. Privacy Protection

We attach great importance to the protection of user privacy. User personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We promise not to sell or disclose user information to third parties, unless required by law or authorized by the user.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content of this App, including but not limited to text, images, icons, and interface designs, is the intellectual property of Yingke or its authorized parties. Without permission, users shall not copy, distribute, or use such content in any manner.

7. Liability Disclaimer

This App strives to provide safe and stable services. However, this App shall not bear any liability for service interruptions, data loss, or other issues caused by force majeure or other technical reasons.

8. Modification and Termination of the Agreement

This App has the right to modify the content of this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be published in this App. Continued use of this App by users shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement terms.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In case of any dispute between the parties, the parties shall first try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the people’s court at the location of this App.

10. Liability for User Uploaded Content

User Liability

Any content uploaded by users to this App, including but not limited to images, videos, and text (hereinafter referred to as “Uploaded Content”), must be legal and shall not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests. Users shall ensure that the Uploaded Content does not violate any applicable laws and regulations, and does not contain obscene, vulgar, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, or other illegal or non-compliant content.

Tort Liability

If the Uploaded Content involves infringement, illegality, or breach of agreement, the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom, including but not limited to compensating the Company and relevant right holders for all losses. The Company shall not bear any liability for such tortious acts.

Content Review and Removal

The Company has the right to conduct reviews on the User’s Uploaded Content as needed. When illegal, non-compliant, or tortious acts are found, the Company may take measures such as deletion, disabling, or other reasonable actions. The Company shall not be liable for the authenticity, legality, or completeness of the User’s Uploaded Content, but will take necessary preventive measures in accordance with the law.

Tort Complaint and Handling

If you believe that any content in this App infringes upon your intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests, you may file a complaint with us through the contact information provided in this App. The Company will verify your complaint within a reasonable time and take necessary measures in accordance with the law.

11. Disclaimer Clauses

Third-Party Liability

Users agree that if the User’s Uploaded Content leads to third-party infringement claims or other lawsuits, the Company shall not bear any liability, and the User shall bear all legal liabilities and economic compensation arising from their actions.

Service Interruption or Unavailability

In case of service interruptions, inability to display image content, loss of Uploaded Content, or other situations caused by force majeure or third-party reasons, the Company shall not bear any liability.
